Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY
1. Returns Window
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible, items must be returned within 14 days of approval.
Returns requested outside this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility
To qualify for a return, all items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Free from stains, marks, odours, pet hair, deodorant marks or damage

  • In original condition

  • Returned with all original tags attached

  • Returned with original packaging where possible

Saint Gachetté reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Limited edition releases

  • Items purchased during promotional events

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, staining, alteration or damage

All non-returnable items are considered final sale.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive:

  • A faulty item

  • A damaged item

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number.
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.

5. Exchanges
We understand sizing can vary.
Exchanges for a different size of the same item are accepted subject to stock availability.
Items must meet all return eligibility requirements.
If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is faulty

  • The item was damaged in transit

  • The wrong item was received

We strongly recommend using a tracked service.
Saint Gachetté is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

7. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Right to Refuse
Saint Gachetté reserves the right to refuse any return that:

  • Has been worn

  • Has been washed

  • Is stained or damaged

  • Is returned without tags

  • Does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy

Any refused return may be sent back to the customer.

Important Notice
Due to the limited nature of Saint Gachetté collections, stock is produced in small quantities. We encourage customers to carefully review sizing information before purchasing.
